Renate Dumreicher

Renate Dumreicher, a business administration graduate specializing in marketing, has worked as a self-employed trainer and nutrition coach since 2019. She combines her passions for sport and nutrition with her profession, advising people both in person and online on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Her career began in marketing at ASICS, where she supported elite athletes, including at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.

After further positions in software and medical marketing, she founded her own company, which has been helping many people live more mindfully since 2019. She has more than 250,000 followers on Instagram and is an ambassador for the Intersana health trade fair. She has published articles in fitness magazines such as FitForFun and Women's Health.

Renate, a mother of two daughters, works closely with her husband, a photographer. Her main focus in 2024 is a book project and her participation in Intersana, with the goal of motivating and inspiring a broad audience.
