Patrick Fabian
Patrick Fabian, a trained nutritionist and certified personal trainer, is an expert in fat loss and muscle building. His fitness journey began at the age of 15, followed by success as a fitness model, membership in the stage show SixxPaxx, and a leading role in "Berlin Tag und Nacht". As an online health coach at patrickfabianfitness.de, he helps people get healthy and fit.
His passion for fitness and health is the driving force behind his Kniger Gym in Berlin Kreuzberg, which opened in April 2024. With his book, Patrick aims to share his extensive knowledge and experience in order to close knowledge gaps, debunk myths, and point out effective paths to a healthier life.
He draws on common problems and questions from his online coaching to help readers avoid mistakes and save time and money on their journey to a more fulfilled life.
