Borris Brandt
Borris Brandt, son of the actors Volker Brandt and Linde Fulda, began his career in 1985 as a branch manager at Govi Tonträger GmbH and went on to hold senior positions at companies such as Teldec Schallplatten and 20th Century Fox. At ProSieben (1998-2000), he played a key role in launching "TV total" and "Big Brother", which earned the network record ratings.
In 2001, Brandt took over the management of Endemol Deutschland, where he developed numerous successful TV formats. Since 2009 he has headed the ENTERTAINIA Unterhaltungsgesellschaft in Cologne. In 2011 he became managing director of AIDA Entertainment, where he developed innovative stage and TV formats for cruise ships. Since leaving AIDA Cruises in 2022, he has devoted himself to sustainable living, and in 2023 he became managing director of the local broadcaster Hamburg 1.
